Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) Related Items
As COVID-19 becomes a growing concern nationwide, we have experienced a tremendous increase in the volume of orders on preventative items such as disinfectants, masks, hand sanitizers, soaps, tissue, and more. As a result, overwhelming volume levels are driving an increase in inventory outages and delayed shipments. To ensure as minimal disruption as possible, we have been working diligently to provide updates on stock shortages as they arrive.
- All backordered items must be -pre-paid and any cancellations must be made within ONE business day of the initial backorder notification. Cancellations outside of this period will not be accepted. Backorder dates are subject to change, but we will continue to keep you informed as we have updates on our inventory position and ordering processes.
- NOTE: Due to high demand, any items related to COVID-19 are not eligible for return. A replacement will be issued if the item is lost or damaged in shipment. All replacements will still adhere to any applicable backorder dates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Return Policy
Reliable Paper always strives to provide Service You Hardly Ever See Anymore and in saying that we always hope to make the customer happy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied please contact customer service and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Our Return Policy can be found here.
Damaged/Lost Items:
We understand that products may become damaged or lost while in transit. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product or stated delivery on tracking # and let us know in as much detail as possible how the product was damaged or lost. From there we will determine the next step. Also please be aware that the customer can reject and return any portion of an order that is damaged or defective.
Incorrect Item Delivery:
As hard as we try, we occasionally make mistakes. If we accidentally ship you the wrong product, please contact customer service. We will need as much detail as possible about the incorrect product, item number, and quantity received.
Customer Error:
For returns due to customer error (such as ordering the wrong item, canceling after shipment, or refusing shipment); merchandise must be returned at the customers expense in re-saleable condition. All returned items due to customer error are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to outbound freight.
Items that Cannot be Returned:
- Any Closeout or Inventory Bailout item
- Any item related to Coronavirus (COVID-19) such as hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, sanitizing wipes, toilet paper, face masks, bleach, gloves, soap, etc. We reserve the right to update this list as necessary.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC code
- Any type of aerosol can
- Opened food service disposable items (cups,napkins, plates, etc.)
- Vacuums Cleaners and Floor Machines
Refunds are not eligible for items:
- That have writing on the outside of the box
- Without a RA number
- That are damaged, missing parts or is not in original condition
- That show obvious signs of use.
Returning an Item:
NOTE: All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- You must obtain a Return Authorization from customer service. All requests for RAs must be made within 15 days of receipt. Please provide a phone number to contact you as there may be additional information needed.
- We will inform you of the proper address to return the product. Returning the product to the incorrect address may delay or disqualify you from receiving a refund.
- Returned product must be in the original box. Do not write the RA number on the original packaging. Any additional markings will make you ineligible for receiving a credit. Please include the RA number on the shipping label or on a sheet of paper enclosed with the packing slip.
- If returning via FedEx, UPS, or USPS: Please provide the tracking number for the package(s) being returned. Once the package is delivered and your return has been processed, we will issue you a credit.
Stock Policy
All items are subject to stock availability from the vendor or manufacturer. The stock count on our website may not reflect current, actual stock count. Please contact customer service with questions. If an item ordered is out-of-stock, you will be contacted by customer service. Killer deals, closeouts, and discontinued items are gone-when-gone and cannot be backordered -please contact customer service to confirm stock availability on these items. By purchasing on our site, you acknowledge the above stock policy and know that your order (in rare situations) may not be able to be fulfilled due to stock availability.
Shipping Policy
All items ship via UPS or FedEx Ground ONLY, unless designated as NON-UPSable, meaning it has to be shipped via common carrier. If you have questions regarding shipping of an item, please contact our customer service team.
Pricing Policy
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error Reliable Paper shall have the right to refuse or cancel the order. We will do our best to contact the customer and offer them the product at the correct price. If a price cannot be agreed on Reliable Paper reserves the right to cancel the order even if the credit card has been charged. In the event that the order is canceled the customer will be refunded the amount of the incorrect price.
Image Policy
It is our goal to represent our products with the most precise and accurate information possible. In some cases we are not able to obtain the actual image of the product from the manufacturer and in turn we will use a similar product to serve as an acceptable substitute to represent the item. We understand that it may be hard to make a confident purchase under these pretenses therefore we suggest you contact our customer service team if you have any doubt about the product you are purchasing. In order to receive the most accurate information possible we suggest consulting product specification sheets, such as MSDS sheets, or contacting the manufacturer before purchasing.
